The gala, themed around the energy andvibrancy of New York City, brought together leaders, advocates, and alliescommitted to fostering equity, representation, and authentic workplaces.
The highlight of the evening was celebrating our CEO, Aoifa O’Donnell, who was honored with a Champion Award. This prestigious recognition celebrates individuals whose leadership, vision, and dedication have significantly advanced inclusion, equality, and empowerment for LGBTQ+ employees. Aoifa’s award reflects her tireless commitment to creating workplaces where every employee feels valued, supported, and empowered to thrive.
The LGBT Network’s Workplace Initiative continues to make a meaningful impact by providing education, advocacy, and practical tools that help organizations cultivate safe and inclusive environments. Aoifa’s recognition underscores the importance of leadership that not only champions diversity but also actively drives change at an organizational and community level.
We also congratulate the other 2025 Champions: Anthony Perrotta, Brett Powers, Jennifer Nyx, and Morgan Goldat, whose efforts contribute to advancing workplace inclusion and equity.
National EAP applauds the LGBT Network for its tireless workin advocacy, education, and direct services that help individuals of all ages live healthier, safer, and more empowered lives. The gala was a powerful reminder of how leadership, community, and collaboration can create meaningful change.
