We were proud to participate in this year’s SHRM-LI Conference, where HR professionals from across the region came together to share insights, explore new solutions, and discuss the evolving needs of today’s workforce.
Representing National EAP were Julie Prisco, Erin McKown, Aoifa O’Donnell, and Kim Robinson, who spent the day connecting with attendees and highlighting how NEAP supports organizations through innovative employee assistance, leadership development, and wellness programs. Their combined expertise sparked thoughtful discussions about the challenges HR leaders face—and the opportunities available to build healthier, more resilient workplaces.
At the National EAP booth, visitors explored:
• Resources that strengthen workplace culture and promote a more supportive environment
• Programs that boost engagement and performance, including leadership training, coaching, and organizational support
• Partnership opportunities to proactively address employee well-being and organizational needs
The SHRM-LI Conference continues to be an important gathering for HR professionals across Long Island, and this year offered valuable time for collaboration, learning, and connection. We’re grateful to everyone who stopped by to meet Julie, Erin, Aoifa, and Kim throughout the day.
If we missed you at the conference—or if you'd like to continue the conversation—National EAP would be happy to discuss how we can support your organization’s goals moving forward.
