Aoifa O’Donnell, licensed clinical social worker and President & CEO of National EAP, sets strategy to grow the business and advance our mission to improve employee wellbeing and organizational performance. Since 2008 she has expanded offerings from comprehensive EAP to include learning and development services, launching Athrú—a thriving division specializing in customized leadership, training, and coaching programs—while scaling operations and partnerships to broaden nationwide client coverage and client base.

Vice President of Client Success
Julie serves as Vice President of Client Success at National EAP, leveraging nearly two decades of experience in the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) industry. Meghan Beck, LCSW
Director of EAP Operations
Certified Mental Health First Aid Instructor
Meghan leads EAP Operations, providing clinical oversight and ensuring the delivery of compassionate, high-quality employee assistance services. She blends clinical expertise with strategic leadership to strengthen employee and organizational well-being. Edith Keenly, MS, LPC
EAP Supervisor
Edith serves as the EAP Clinical Supervisor at National EAP, where she oversees the Client Services team and EAP clinicians while helping employees and organizations navigate mental health challenges. As a bilingual Licensed Professional Counselor and military veteran, she provides compassionate clinical support and helps leaders proactively recognize and respond to mental health risk.

Kim Robinson
Business Development Manager
Kim is the Business Development Manager at National EAP, where she oversees the full sales cycle from initial inquiry through onboarding new organizations. With 20 years of experience as an HR professional, Kim brings deep insight into organizational needs and a consultative approach to offering top-tier standalone Employee Assistance Programs. She partners closely with HR leaders, brokers, and consultants to explore EAP services, craft customized proposals, and guide prospective clients through successful implementation.
