NEAP’s Staff Development Day was a meaningful opportunity to come together with intention: to refresh our shared mission, celebrate our 2025 wins, align around 2026 priorities, and ground ourselves in both our personal strengths and values alongside NEAP’s Company Pillars. The day created space not only to reflect on how far we’ve come, but also to look ahead with clarity, purpose, and collective momentum.

A highlight of the day was a special session led by Mimi Bishop and Jackie Ghedine from MGXW Consulting, who joined us to facilitate a thoughtful and engaging discussion around NEAP’s Company Pillars: Exceptional, Responsive, and Trustworthy. Their session encouraged staff to reflect on how these pillars show up in our daily work and how aligning our individual values with our organizational principles strengthens both our culture and our client impact.

Staff Development Day also included a review of 2025, an impactful year of growth, evolution, and momentum for NEAP. Among the many accomplishments celebrated:

- National EAP officially becoming NEAP, a rebrand that reflects our evolution while maintaining our role as a trusted partner and trusted advisor. With a refreshed look and enhanced online presence, NEAP is well-positioned for continued visibility, connection, and service for our clients and members.

- The development of the Client Success Team, bringing together business development, strategic alliances, marketing, and client success under one collaborative umbrella to better support clients across the full lifecycle.

- Strengthen our Customer Care Team, continuing to manage client needs with consistency, responsiveness, and care.

- Expanded visibility for both NEAP and Athrú, increasing awareness and reach across the communities and organizations we serve.

- A continued deepening of client trust and service impact, reinforcing the relationships that are at the heart of our work.

Looking ahead, the team also explored what we can look forward to in 2026, a year focused on building upon this strong foundation, continuing to invest in people and processes, and further aligning our strategic priorities with our mission and values. With clear direction and shared commitment, NEAP is poised for another year of meaningful growth and impact.

Staff Development Day served as a powerful reminder that our success is rooted in people, our strengths, our values, and our willingness to grow together. We are grateful to Mimi and Jackie for their leadership and insight, and to every NEAP team member for their engagement, reflection, and dedication to living our pillars every day.
