Athrú, a Division of National EAP, Inc., is seeking an experienced Corporate Trainer & Content Developer to join our Learning & Development team. This hybrid, part-time role is ideal for someone who thrives in both live facilitation and instructional design, and who enjoys making a meaningful impact across diverse professional audiences.

Responsibilities

Training Delivery

  • Facilitate in-person and virtual trainings across Long Island and NYC
  • Deliver sessions across four key areas: Company Policy (e.g., professionalism, harassment prevention); Soft Skills (e.g., communication, conflict resolution); Leadership Development (e.g., coaching, delegation, accountability); Wellness (e.g., mental health awareness, stress management)
  • Adapt delivery style to various professional audiences
  • Represent the brand with warmth, credibility, and professionalism

Content Development

  • Create or refine PowerPoint decks, facilitator guides, and participant handouts
  • Research, write, and edit content aligned to adult learning principles
  • Collaborate with the Director on customization for client audiences
  • Maintain consistency in tone, branding, and instructional quality

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, HR, Social Work, Learning & Development, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate training or adult education.
  • Experience with Everything DiSC or similar assessment tools.
  • Strong writing and editing skills for instructional materials.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Zoom, Canva, GoToWebinar, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Reliable transportation for in-person sessions across Long Island/NYC

Pay: $35.00- $40.00 per hour
