National EAP’s Board of Directors is comprised of individuals with diverse educational backgrounds and decades of experience working in the EAP industry. The Board’s key purpose is to ensure the company’s prosperity by providing a framework to clarify organizational goals and develop strategies for achieving those goals. Serving in advisory capacity to National EAP’s leadership team and specialists, the Board works to make certain that the company’s budget, EAP services and programs, and personnel are focused on our mission and in conformance with our values.
Robert Detor, Chairman of the Board
Founder and principal shareholder of National EAP, Robert Detor has more than 40 years of experience as an executive in health care management. A graduate of Syracuse University, Robert is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker by training. As National EAP’s Chairman of the Board of Directors, Robert draws upon his vast knowledge and experience in the EAP and health care industries to advise National EAP’s leadership team. He plays an integral role in developing strategic planning objectives and strategies for the company’s financial needs and resources. Additionally, he works closely with the strategic planning team to monitor outcomes and achieve short- and long-term goals.
Dr. Sally Eisenman, Secretary
A trustee and secretary on National EAP’s Board of Directors, Sally Eisenman earned a Ph.D. in clinical psychology from Adelphi University. Dr. Eisenman has more than 25 years of experience as a clinical advisor to the National EAP leadership team. As a relied upon member of National EAP’s national network, Dr. Eisenman’s private practice specializes in couples, children’s and women’s issues and is a valuable clinical resource for National EAP specialists.
Kevin Conway, Treasurer
A vice chairman and treasurer of the Board of Directors, Kevin Conway has more than 30 years of experience working in Human Resources, as well as bookkeeping and finance. A long-standing member of National EAP’s strategic planning team, he plays a pivotal role in outlining the company’s goals and implementing plans to meet and exceed them.
